Haxen, Brezeln, Sauerkraut, Gulasch and Salads as much as you can manage- 365 days a year.
Spreewälder Pils, Spreewälder Dark, Bock and Weizen(wheat) - handbrewed and ofcourse without any conserve - beer enjoyment at it's perfection.

If you wish, our brewer makes a guided tour through his "kingdom"(1,00 € p.P., with tasting 4,00 €) or we organize a boat trip through the Spreewald (3,30 € p.P./hour). Further arrangements on request.
